Even so, in order to solve your worries, for the goods you purchased on Flyer and found quality defects, We promise to offer refunds or exchanges unconditionally within 7 days. The return program is very simple and convenient. Login into your account and click "Apply for Return" menu or "Return" link in your order to a page where you fill in your basic information and submit your application. And then the staff of Flyer will check your specific conditions after receiving your application and will contact you to discuss the method of dealing with your goods.

 

Flyer reminds you that if you want to return your goods with quality problems, you must contact Flyer sales representative first. Before Flyer accepts your return application, you should not post your goods back to us so as not to cause the problem of customs clearance. Flyer staff will provide you with a specific solution after communication with you. We can offer one-year warranty for our spare parts. But warranty void if products are damaged during installation or usage after delivery.
